Authenticx leverages AI to allow you to analyze large samples of conversation data. There are two ways to sample conversations within the Authenticx platform.
Option 1: Sampling from Conversation Explorer
Conversation Explorer allows you to dive into one call at a time. Sampling from Conversation Explorer is a great option if you are:
interested in sampling of a variety of different calls
looking for interesting conversations to dive into
would like to add a human in the loop for more targeted insights

Option 2: Sampling from Smart Sampler
Smart Sampler allows you to sample conversations in bulk. If you know exactly what kind of conversations you want to analyze (for example: calls over 20 minutes, in Q1, from a specific hierarchy), then Smart Sampler is a great choice.
