This article walks through how to review your conversation evaluations and acknowledge them once you’ve completed your review.
1. Open the Evaluations Tab
From your data grid, select Evaluations to view a list of your evaluated conversations. This page shows all evaluations available to you, along with their current status.
2. Click into an Evaluation
Click on an individual evaluation to view detailed scoring for that conversation.
Inside the evaluation, you’ll see scores across key areas such as Quality, Insights, Eddy Effect (patient friction), and Compliance. Not all categories may appear for every evaluation, depending on how it was scored.
Use the toggles at the top of the page to switch between different scoring areas and explore your results in more detail.
3. Acknowledge the Evaluation:
After reviewing your scores, select Acknowledge Evaluation in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Acknowledging an evaluation lets your manager know that you’ve reviewed the scores and feedback. Once acknowledged, a confirmation pop-up will appear to confirm your action.
