Previously, KBo was not able to recognize all filters applied in Signals or Conversations. We've made updates to address this!

KBo will now respect all of your applied filters, so when you switch your context to Applied Filters, your questions will reflect exactly the group of conversations you're targeting.

You can now add free-text notes directly to your custom dashboards! Whether it's highlighting a key insight, capturing a compelling quote, or tracking action items, this new capability helps bring more context and storytelling into your data views.

As part of this update, we’ve also refreshed the “Add Card” experience. All available reports are now displayed in a single, searchable list—making it easier than ever to find and add the insights that matter most.

Users can now add montages to their custom Signals dashboards!

To support deeper reporting and storytelling within Authenticx, this enables both internal teams and clients to highlight the voice of the customer directly in dashboards.

Just go to Add Card → Montages and adjust the date range to browse and add to your dashboard.
