Highlighting the Transcript to Clip
We've upgraded the highlight-to-clip feature to be more intuitive, consistent, and visually aligned with the Authenticx brand:
You can now highlight text from top-down or bottom-up to create a clip or to copy the selected text.
Only the spoken text is highlighted—timestamps and speakers are excluded.
Updated the highlight styling with an Authenticx blue.
Highlighting also now works in chat transcripts when searching, so keywords are visually surfaced in results.

Slimmed Down Conversation Explorer Filters
We’ve redesigned the Search Filters panel in Conversation Explorer to be cleaner and more efficient.
Default filters have been slimmed down for quicker access to the most useful options:
Standard Filters: Interaction Date Range, Call Duration, Hierarchy, Classifiers, Words or Phrases, Evaluation Type
Core AI Models: Eddy Effect Signal, Starting Sentiment, Contact Type, Patient Journey, Model Results, Primary Theme, Primary Topic
All filters are still available via Manage Filters, where:
Filters are grouped by section and listed alphabetically
You can still customize your default filter view—your selections will persist across sessions
Any additional metadata filters selected will appear under a new “Additional Metadata” section

Compare Search Result Volume Over Time Against All Conversations
In Conversation Explorer, you can now compare the results of your filtered search to the entire universe of conversations you have access to across that time frame. This allows you to understand how your selected dataset trends against overall conversation volume, making it easier to spot anomalies, patterns, or deviations.
Check it out in the “Conversations Over Time” graph in Conversation Explorer!
Translation Updates
Filter by Non-English Calls
You can now filter by Non-English calls, to view conversations that have not been translated to English from another language.

Conversations Over Time Graph in Conversations Search Results
Users can now see how their search is trending over time, right in Conversation Explorer! Imagine you noticed that a certain theme had a very high Eddy rate, and then made a change in agent coaching and patient communication to make it clearer. Use this graph to see whether calls that fit that criteria are decreasing over time.

Conversation Details Search
Before:
Previously, when users searched within a conversation, the results were not clickable. This meant users had to take note of the time stamp, then go to the transcript and scroll to that part of the call.
After:
Now, the search bar lives below the audio player, closer to the transcript. When users search, the results are now clickable (and with an updated UI)! Clicking the search result will automatically take the user to that part of the transcript.
Client Call ID Filter Supports Multiple IDs
Users can now search for multiple client call IDs in a single search in Conversation Explorer, rather than running individual searches for each client Call ID.
Cancel Button in Conversation Explorer
We’ve added a Cancel button in Conversation Explorer so users can cancel a search they’ve applied.
Link to Conversation Details from Evaluation
Users can now easily navigate to the Conversation Details page from the Eval!
Spotlights for Journey Stage Charts
