Subscribe to a search
We’re excited to announce the general release of subscribe to a search! You can now receive automated email updates from Conversation Explorer showing how many new interactions match your saved search criteria, delivered daily, weekly, or monthly. If you can search for it in Conversation Explorer, you can subscribe to it!
Example use cases
Get weekly updates on interactions with quality scores below 75% and compliance scores of 0%
Monitor how many interactions about insurance verification, in a specific hierarchy, have an Eddy
Stay informed without needing to rerun the same searches
How it works
Apply filters in Conversation Explorer.
Click Subscribe to updates for this search.
Name the search (it will be saved automatically).
Choose a delivery frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly.
Click Save Subscription.
You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately.
You’ll receive a regular email update about search results, at the frequency you selected.

Email a dashboard
We’re also excited to announce the general release of Email a Dashboard! If you have access to a dashboard in Signals, you can now have that dashboard delivered directly to your inbox, either once immediately or on a weekly or monthly schedule.
This makes it easy to stay up to date on key metrics without logging into the platform.
How it works
From the dashboard menu in Signals, click Email.
Choose how often you’d like to receive the dashboard:
Once (immediately)
Weekly
Monthly
Click "Send Now" or Schedule
If scheduling weekly or monthly and ad hoc filters are applied, name the filter to automatically save and pin it to the dashboard.

Organize model results in conversation details
We’ve added additional organization to the model results tab in conversation details so that it’s easier for users to peruse and digest this information.
Now, there are section headings for each model result category, and the ability to filter by model group, so users can narrow down the list to view specific results.
Prevent user from clearing or changing a filter while it is pinned
If a filter is pinned on a dashboard, there is now no way for a user to edit the filter without first unpinning it. This provides a less confusing experience for users overall!

More Actionable, Personalized AI Coaching Notes from KBo
We have a new AI Coaching model, enhanced to focus on agent development from the vantage point of our quality rubrics. Coaching now synthesizes insights across the Authenticx Standard Quality Rubric to help agents understand patterns in their performance and take clear next steps.
What’s improved:
Consistent coaching, with or without models – When Standard Quality Models are available, coaching builds on quality insights; when they’re not, coaching is grounded directly in the conversation transcript using the same rubric framework.
Holistic coaching across skills – Feedback rolls up observations across rubric skills to highlight meaningful behavior patterns, not just restate the model results.
Action-oriented guidance – Coaching emphasizes strengths, high-impact opportunities, and practical actions agents can try in future conversations.
More human, supportive tone – Notes are warm, personalized, and easy to understand—designed to guide growth without overwhelming agents or duplicating the scorecard.
