Edit a montage
You can now edit montages without having to start from scratch. Previously, when clicking “edit”, you would be directed to the unedited version of the included audio clips, meaning you had to start from the beginning every time you wanted to edit a montage.
Now, you will see the most recently saved version of the clips, with all previous edits visible. This will save our montage builders tons of time. Note that this will apply to any edits moving forward, starting today.

This quarter, we’re enhancing the Agents domain/agent experience to make it even more actionable and valuable for our customers. Read on for the latest updates!
Filter by agent manager
We’ve added the ability to select agents by agent manager in the “Agents” filter in Conversation Explorer and Signals! This allows customers to easily find and select full agent teams, based on their assigned agent managers. How it works:
Selecting a manager will automatically select all of that manager’s agents.
Users can still deselect specific agents within a selected manager’s team.
Searching for a name will always show resulting agents’ managers as well, so it’s clear what team each agent is on.

Insights cards on individual agent pages
In the Agents domain, our customers can already view overall coaching completed, coaching acknowledged, and aggregate module scores across all agents via the insights cards. Now, we’ve brought these same stats onto the individual agent pages, so that agents and leaders alike can see how each agent is performing, how much coaching they’ve received, and whether they’ve acknowledged that coaching. This is a powerful unlock for performance management in the Authenticx platform.
New date range selector
We’ve added a new date range selector into the Agents domain (both on the overview Agents page, and individual agent pages). This change allows users to:
View “this month” by default, to see the most relevant data right away
Select dynamic date ranges (”this month” or “last month”) for faster reporting
Close out of the default “this month” selection to then select a custom date range, if desired
Automatically see the same date range on individual agent pages when navigating from the Agents domain, for a seamless experience
All of these updates will save customers time and allow them to see the most relevant data right away!
