Overview
You can now leave comments on any conversation you have access to, tag teammates to notify them, and reply to existing comments — making it easier to collaborate in context without leaving the platform.
How to Add a Comment
Open a conversation in Conversation Details.
Click the Comments tab.
Begin typing your comment. The comment will be tied to the timestamp where the playhead is currently positioned in the conversation. To notify a teammate, type @ followed by their name. They will receive an email notification with a direct link to the comment.
Click Submit to post your comment
How to Reply to a Comment
Click Reply on any existing comment to respond. The original commenter will be notified via email when you reply.
Edit or Delete Your Comments
Use the menu on any of your own comments to edit or delete them.
Permissions
Comments follow existing conversation permissions. Only users who have access to a conversation can view or leave comments on it.
