Insights Cards on Custom Dashboards

In addition to adding reports, montages, and custom text to dashboards, you can now add Insights Cards as well! Previously, we showed all three Insights Cards on every custom dashboard by default. Now, you can decide whether or not to add them.

Expect more Insights Cards to choose from in the future!

New Model: Patient Journey Stage

We've released a new model available to pharmaceutical organizations: Patient Journey Stage.

Why we built this

Understanding where patients are in their treatment journey (General Inquiry, Before Treatment, On Treatment, After Treatment) is critical for identifying process inefficiencies and systemic issues. We have long been identifying journey stage in human evaluated conversations, but we now have this information labeled and reportable at scale.

Patient Journey Filter in Conversations and Signals

With this model, you can filter in both Conversations and Signals by journey stage, allowing you to identify patients experiencing barriers to care or tracking progress through treatment over time.

Journey Stages Reports in Signals

Conversation Count by Journey Stage Report

Our first new Signals report shows total count of conversations by journey stage. You can find it in the Add Reports modal (where you go to add a report to a new dashboard or existing custom dashboard).

Journey Stage & Eddies Graph in Signals

Our second new Signals report allows you to see how your conversations are bucketed by stage of patient journey. Then, look at the Eddy Identified bar to see how often Eddies are present in conversations within each journey stage.

This is a great opportunity to layer patient journey and friction insights into your customers’ stories and custom dashboards!
