Groupable Metadata Fields: Searchable, Multi-Select Filters

You can now use Groupable metadata fields as structured dropdown filters in Signals and Conversation Explorer!

When a metadata field has <100 unique values, it will display as a searchable, multi-select pick list instead of a free-text filter. This includes:

  • Checkbox-based multi-select

  • “Is one of” / “Is not one of” operators

  • Select all / clear options

This update makes filtering faster, more accurate, and easier to use.

Show Time Stamp in Conversation Results & Conversation Details

If a customer is sending us timestamps, these timestamps will now be visible in Conversations search results as well as the Conversation Details page. This should help customers make sure they know exactly what call they’re looking at, particularly when referencing another system.

NOTE: when we receive the timestamp, we assume it is in UTC (coordinated universal time) and we “translate” it into the timezone for the user who is viewing the platform. If the timestamps look wrong, it is almost certainly because we are not receiving the time in UTC. If you notice this, please report to our Helpdesk and we can work on getting your data to us in UTC!

Show Ending Sentiment Filter by Default in Conversations

The ending sentiment filter is used frequently, so we’ve made ending sentiment a default filter in Conversation Explorer. We’ve removed starting sentiment as a default filter, but you can still add it to your personal default view via Manage Filters.

Allow users to change visibility on saved filters

Previously, users could not change the visibility settings on a filter and save it directly. Instead, they needed to make additional edits to the filter to enable saving.

We’ve addressed this! Users can now save a Saved Filter in Signals even if they only change the Visibility (from Only Me to My Organization, or vice versa).
