Users with access to a dashboard in Signals can have that dashboard delivered directly to their inbox, either once immediately or on a weekly or monthly schedule.
This makes it easy to stay up to date on key metrics without logging into the platform.
How to email a dashboard:
From the dashboard menu in Signals, click Email.
Choose how often you’d like to receive the dashboard:
Once (immediately): will reflect currently applied filters.
Weekly: applied filters will be pinned and saved automatically when you click “schedule.”
Monthly: applied filters will be pinned and saved automatically when you click “schedule.”
If scheduling weekly or monthly, and ad hoc filters are applied, name the filter to automatically save and pin it to the dashboard.
Click Send Now or Schedule.
🔎 Email delivery details
Weekly: First business day of each week (typically Monday). First email arrives the following week. Shows data from the last completed week, regardless of date range on the dashboard.
Monthly: First business day of each month. First email arrives the following month. Shows data from the last completed month, regardless of date range on the dashboard.
Managing your subscription
Once a dashboard is scheduled, the Email option in the dashboard menu changes to Unsubscribe.
Selecting Unsubscribe prompts a confirmation to stop future emails.
You can only subscribe or unsubscribe yourself.
