Quality Score Over Time
The biggest unlock for quality-focused teams this week: you can now track overall quality performance as a trend over time, directly in Signals.
A new “Quality Score Over Time” line graph is available in Trends Highlights and can also be added to any custom dashboard via Add Cards. It shows the average final score across all quality modules, helping you quickly spot whether quality is improving, declining, or holding steady — without digging through individual module reports.
How it works:
The chart displays the combined average score across all quality modules over time, always shown as a percentage.
Supports group by and chart filter options so you can slice by hierarchy, agent, or other dimensions.
Additional Enhancements
Signals: zero values now clearly shown on over-time graphs
When a data series had no activity during a given time period, the line would previously skip over those dates, connecting the dots in a way that obscured the zero. Over-time graphs now clearly display when a line is at zero, giving a more accurate picture of trends.
Signals: sentiment values now display in consistent order
When grouping by sentiment, values will now always appear in a consistent Positive → Neutral → Negative order, regardless of the chart or context.
Custom dashboards: deselect logo without deleting it
You can now click a selected logo to deselect it, removing it from the dashboard without permanently deleting it. The trashcan icon still permanently deletes the logo (with a confirmation prompt). This release also fixes padding between the logo and dashboard title, and ensures logos stay in place when a filter is pinned to a dashboard.

Filter Conversations by Message Count
You can now filter conversations by message count in Conversation Explorer and Signals — making it easier to focus your analysis on chats with enough content to be meaningful.
The Message Count filter works just like the Call Duration filter: use the slider to set your range, and apply it at the dashboard level or directly on individual charts.
To access this filter in Conversation Explorer, look for it under Manage Filters > Standard Filters.
