If you can search for it in Conversation Explorer, you can subscribe to it! A few examples include subscribing to weekly updates on interactions with quality scores below 75% and compliance scores of 0%, or monitoring how many interactions about insurance verification, and in a specific hierarchy, have an Eddy (customer friction).
How to subscribe to a search
Apply filters in Conversation Explorer.
Click Subscribe to updates for this search.
Name the search (it will be saved automatically).
Choose a delivery cadence: daily, weekly, or monthly.
Click Save Subscription and you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately!
🔎 Cadence specifics
Daily: Every business day, starting the next business day after you subscribe.
Weekly: First business day of each week (typically Monday). First email arrives the following week.
Monthly: First business day of each month. First email arrives the following month.
Note: Emails are only sent if there are new matching interactions (>0).
